Cause Analysis:①Diesel engine: The speed ratio is reduced due to the embrittlement or failure of the diesel engine, and the main pump of the hydraulic machine is immediately driven by the diesel engine. At this time, the displacement of the main pump is reduced, which can cause the excavator to move very slowly;
②Failure of the main pump controller: The main pump controller is the key reason that endangers the displacement of the main pump. If the controller is stuck in the small displacement part or falls off immediately and cannot be adjusted, it will cause the displacement of all main pumps to be small. At this time, no matter how much the accelerator pedal of the diesel engine is opened, the excavator moves slowly;
③Insufficient leading working pressure: insufficient leading working pressure will cause insufficient working pressure to open the valve core, resulting in insufficient total flow and slow action;
④ Problems related to power supply circuit: Excavator CPU, high voltage and low voltage controller, relay and route failure;
⑤ Leakage: Whether it is external oil leakage or internal leakage of the system software, it will lead to the separation of gear oil. After separation, the total flow required for the action will decrease, and the excavator will move very slowly.
