The GEC6500-4G IoT Genset Controller delivers advanced automation and monitoring for single diesel generator sets. It enables fully automatic start/stop operation, real-time data measurement, comprehensive alarm protection, and remote control/telemetry/communication ("three-remote") functionality. The controller is equipped with a multi-language LCD display supporting eight languages, including Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, French, Polish, and Ukrainian, ensuring intuitive operation and global compatibility.
Built on a 32-bit microprocessor platform, the controller provides precise parameter measurement, adjustable setpoints, and configurable timing/threshold settings. Most parameters can be modified directly via the front panel, while full configuration and monitoring are accessible through RS485 or USB interfaces using PC software. Its compact design, simplified wiring, and high reliability make it suitable for a wide range of generator automation applications.
The integrated 4G cloud communication module enables continuous internet connectivity, allowing real-time data transmission to cloud servers for remote monitoring and management.
