GEC6500-4G IoT genset controller is designed for the automation and monitoring of a single diesel generator set. It enables automatic startup/shutdown, data measurement, alarm protection, and "three remote"(remote control, remote measure and remote communication) functions for conventional gensets. The controller features a LCD with the capability to display content in Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, French, Polish, and Ukrainian. It offers a user-friendly interface and reliable operation.
GEC6500-4G IoT genset controller employs 32-bit microprocessor technology, enabling precise measurement of various parameters, value adjustments, as well as timing and threshold settings. The majority of parameters can be adjusted directly from the controller's front panel, while all parameters can be monitored and adjusted using a PC via the
module's 485 interface or USB interface. Its compact structure, simple wiring, and high reliability make it suitable for a wide range of applications in various types of generator set automation systems.
GEC6500-4G IoT genset controller features a built-in cloud monitoring communication module. It allows the genset to connect to the Internet, and after logging into the cloud server, it uploads real-time data and information from the genset to the corresponding cloud server. Users can monitor the genset in real-time, check its operational status, access historical records, configure controller parameters using mobile apps, computers, and other terminal devices. Additionally, users can view curves of the genset's startup and alarm events, making it convenient to understand the genset's performance.Users can use a WiFi connection to diagnose faults by viewing curves, and they can also make calibration adjustments quickly and easily via a WiFi app. If users are unsure about making these adjustments, service personnel can provide remote calibration assistance.
