The CH10903 / T401893 oil cooler is engineered for Perkins 2506A-E15TAG, 2506C-E15TAG, 2506D-E15TAG and 2806A-E18TAG inline-six turbocharged diesel engines (15.2 L and 18.1 L respectively), as well as for the associated FG Wilson P625-1, P750-1, P800-1 and P900-1 generator sets. These power units are widely used in 500–750 kVA prime power diesel gensets, containerised rental sets, heavy-duty construction pumps, marine auxiliary drives and large irrigation schemes where sustained full-load operation demands precise oil temperature control to maintain component life and emission compliance.
Material & performance features:
The matrix is constructed from 3003 high-silicon aluminium fins and 6061-T6 seamless flat tubes, furnace-brazed at 600 °C to create a single-piece core with superior thermal conductivity and vibration fatigue strength. End tanks are sand-cast from AC4C aluminium, CNC-machined within ±0.05 mm and powder-coated for 500 h salt-spray durability.
