Temperature range –40 °C to +140 °C with 5 Vdc supply and NTC thermistor output curve calibrated 2 500 Ω @ 20 °C, 320 Ω @ 80 °C, 120 Ω @ 110 °C, tolerance ±2 %.

Probe body turned from 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel for full resistance to glycol, amine-containing coolants and stray galvanic currents; brass sealing washer and fluorosilicone O-ring prevent micro-leakage up to 3 bar system pressure. Electronics encapsulated in high-temperature epoxy potting compound, vibration-tested 50 g at 20–2 000 Hz, thermal shock 1 000 cycles –40 °C↔+150 °C, salt-spray 96 h per ASTM B117.
