The housing is precision-machined from corrosion-resistant brass and nickel-plated to withstand continuous exposure to ultra-low-sulphur diesel and biodiesel blends. The sensing diaphragm is laser-welded 316L stainless steel, delivering burst pressure >35 bar and eliminating potential leak paths. Electronics are fully encapsulated in high-temperature PPS over-mould, providing immunity to 30 g continuous vibration and 100 g mechanical shock.
