Application:
Perkins 1004.04T, 1006.60T, 1106C-E60TA, and 1106D-E66TA six-cylinder diesel engines (4.4-6.6 L displacement). This exhaust valve is deployed in Massey Ferguson agricultural tractors including models 4255, 4255HV, 4355, 4355HV, 5465, 6255, and 6255HV , as well as JCB construction machinery (Series 400, 407B ZX, 408B ZX) and Bobcat equipment (T, T 2556 Turbo, T 3093 S Turbo series). The valve also fits Yanmar 4TNV98L-NLAN engines and Perkins 1004 series four-cylinder diesels used in generator sets, compact loaders, and industrial power units .

Manufactured from high-alloy steel with 0.35-0.45% carbon content, 1.5-2.5% chromium, and additions of molybdenum for enhanced high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance . The valve head undergoes solution treatment at 1,050-1,100°C followed by age-hardening to achieve 28-32 HRC hardness, maintaining structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 700°C. The stem receives gas nitriding treatment creating a 0.02-0.04 mm deep surface layer exceeding 750 HV hardness to resist scuffing during prolonged operation.
