Application:
The 4132A018 mechanical diaphragm lift pump feeds Perkins 1004-4, 1004-4T and 1006-6 naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines (4.0 L and 6.0 L) that drive Massey Ferguson 5400-, 6400- and 8200-series tractors, Landini Legend 105/115/130 vineyard and row-crop machines, JCB 4CX and 5CX backhoe loaders, Manitou MLT 735 telehandlers, plus FG Wilson P22-6 and Pramac GSW100P skid-mounted generator sets. It bolts to the left-hand timing-gear cover and supplies filtered fuel to the high-pressure injection pump across engine speeds from 800 r/min idle to rated 2 200 r/min.
Technical specifications:
Cast-aluminium single-diaphragm pump with integral hand-priming lever delivers 120 L/h at 350 kPa and 2 000 r/min; inlet and outlet ports are 8 mm hose-barb fittings. SAE J744 size 1 flange with two M8 threaded holes on 60 mm centres is actuated directly by the camshaft eccentric. Diaphragm diameter is 78 mm, stroke 5.5 mm, and an internal bypass valve limits pressure to 400 kPa. All sealing gaskets are FKM (Viton) for biodiesel blends up to B20 and arctic-grade diesel down to −45 °C.

Powder-coated aluminium housing resists salt-spray and stone-chip corrosion; multi-layer fabric-reinforced nitrile diaphragm faced with PTFE ensures low swell and long flex life. Induction-hardened medium-carbon steel lever and push-rod resist wear, while the stainless-steel return spring prevents sag in humid climates. A transparent sight-bowl sediment filter with 80 µm paper element traps water and debris, and the spring-loaded priming lever allows rapid manual bleeding after service. Lightweight, maintenance-free sealed bearings and quiet operation suit continuous-duty agricultural, construction and generator applications.
