Product Overview:
The Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) operates at a voltage not exceeding 660V AC and supports load transfer. Available current ratings include 40A, 63A, 80A, 125A, 160A, 250A, 400A, 630A, 800A, 1000A, 1250A, 1600A, and 2000A. The ATS is offered in both 3-pole and 4-pole configurations. Units rated 40–125A are designated as "N"; those from 160–400A are labeled "T"; and models from 630–2000A are classified as "M".
The SGQ Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is designed for AC 660V 50/60Hz or DC 250V applications. It employs an electromagnetic drive mechanism and complies with the PC-class two-stage switching standard. Capable of rapid load transfer (transfer time ≤80ms) between two power sources, this ATS is widely used in high-rise buildings, postal and telecommunications systems, coal mines, ships, industrial plants, medical facilities, military installations, and other critical environments. Compatible power sources include the grid, auto-start generators, batteries, and more.
Structure and Characteristics:
The SGQ ATS features an electromagnetic drive mechanism with dual electrical and mechanical interlocking. Its main circuit contact terminal uses a single moving contact and two fixed contacts in a "V"-shaped configuration to prevent short circuits between the two power supplies. Models "N" and "T" utilize a dual-coil structure, while the "M" series employs a single-coil mechanism. The coil is energized only during switching, significantly extending the service life of the unit. Control power for the coil is drawn from the priority AC/DC source, eliminating the need for an external control power supply. Each switch includes built-in electrical and mechanical status indicators and provides two sets of NO/NC dry auxiliary contacts.
