Application:
Perkins 1104D-E44TA, 1106D-E66TA, 1106D-E70TA, and 1106C-E66TA six-cylinder diesel engines (6.6-7.0 L displacement), as well as Cater C6.6, C7.1, and C7 industrial diesel engines. This exhaust valve seat insert is specifically designed for high-temperature, high-pressure turbocharged applications where exhaust gas temperatures exceed 700°C. Each six-cylinder engine requires 6 exhaust valve seat inserts. Common applications include JCB heavy excavators, FG Wilson 100-200 kVA generator sets, medium-duty agricultural tractors, compact wheel loaders, and Cater articulated trucks, wheel loaders, and off-highway equipment operating in continuous-duty environments with EGR systems.
