The valve head undergoes solution treatment at 1,050-1,100°C followed by age-hardening to achieve 25-30 HRC hardness, maintaining structural integrity at intake air temperatures up to 200°C in turbocharged applications.The stem receives gas nitriding treatment creating a 0.02-0.04 mm deep surface layer exceeding 700 HV hardness to resist scuffing during prolonged operation. The 45° seat angle is precision-machined to Ra 0.4-0.8 µm finish, ensuring positive sealing with the valve seat insert (3314A061, 3314A101, or 3314A102) and preventing intake air leakage and compression loss. The tip is induction-hardened to 50-55 HRC to resist cupping under 800-1,000 N valve spring loads.ISO9001 and TS16949 certified production ensures dimensional accuracy within ±0.01 mm on stem diameter and ±0.05 mm on overall length.
