The unit is a three-wire piezo-resistive pressure transducer housed in a corrosion-resistant brass body with M14 × 1.5 male thread and 22 mm hex, 65 mm overall length and 85 g net weight. It measures 0–100 PSI (0–6.9 bar) with ±2 % full-scale accuracy, outputs a linear 0.5–4.5 V signal referenced to a 12 V supply and draws <15 mA. Operating temperature spans –40 °C to +125 °C and the sensor withstands 1 000 h salt-spray exposure per ASTM B117.
Material & performance features:
The sensing diaphragm is 17-4 PH stainless steel, laser-welded to the brass body for absolute hermetic sealing and protected by a sintered brass snubber that damps pressure pulsations and prevents oil-borne debris from reaching the element. Internal circuitry is over-moulded in high-temperature PPS resin, achieving IP67 ingress protection and surviving 500 thermal-shock cycles from –40 °C to +125 °C without calibration drift.
