Application: The WESPC T432676 turbocharger is engineered for Perkins 1106C-E66TA, 1106D-E70TA and CAT C7.1 common-rail diesels.These 6.6–7.0 L engines are widely used in 80–250 kVA generator sets (FG Wilson P88-5, Atlas-Copco QAS 200), Liu-Gong CLG835/842/856 wheel loaders, 920/925/933 excavators, JCB 531-70 tele-handlers and MF 4300 tractors, giving one turbo reference across agricultural, construction and power-generation fleets worldwide.
Technical specifications: Single-stage, water-cooled centre housing; GT2556S frame size; compressor wheel OD 56 mm, turbine wheel OD 49 mm; overall length 320 mm, body diameter 220 mm, weight 6.0–7.3 kg; oil inlet M14 × 1.5, oil drain 2 × M8 on 42 mm PCD; water connections 2 × M12;maximum continuous boost 2.2 bar, peak turbo speed 165 000 rpm, temperature limit 750 °C .
Material & performance features: Turbine housing cast from high-nickel Si-Mo ductile iron for 750 °C fatigue strength; compressor wheel milled from 7075-T6 aluminium, hard-anodised to 50 HV for salt-spray resistance; shaft is 42CrMo vacuum-nitrided to 900 HV, running on brass floating-bush bearings with 0.12 mm oil film for >8 000 h service before rebuild; water-cooled centre housing eliminates oil coking during hot-shutdown, keeping oil temperature <120 °C at 45 °C ambient; every unit is spin-balanced to <0.5 g-mm, giving <72dB(A) noise and zero shaft vibration throughout the 1 400–2 200 rpm engine speed range.
