The FPSS8607-G50 Parallel Intelligent Terminal is a high-performance control module designed for diesel generator parallel operation and automation. Powered by dual 32-bit microprocessor architecture, it supports GOV and AVR control, automatic synchronization, and load sharing across multiple generator sets equipped with FPSS8607-G50 terminals.
The terminal features an SAE J1939 interface for seamless communication with electronic fuel injection engine ECUs. It enables precise measurement of operational parameters, dynamic setpoint adjustment, and programmable timing and threshold settings. The 7-inch color LCD screen adopts an intuitive array layout, displaying key distribution items, breaker status, and categorized alarms for engine, generator, and maintenance—ensuring rapid fault localization and streamlined troubleshooting.
In the event of abnormal operation, the terminal automatically disconnects from the busbar, shuts down the generator set, and displays fault indicators. It also records engine parameter variation curves during startup and captures fault-related data with a 0.1-second sampling cycle.
With optional built-in network communication, the FPSS8607-G50 supports cloud connectivity. Users can monitor real-time data, query historical records, and configure parameters remotely via mobile app or PC. Voltage and harmonic waveforms are displayed for load power quality analysis, and the system supports expansion to full-range operation modes.
