Overview:
The FPSS8607-G50 Parallel Intelligent Terminal adopts dual-chip 32-bit microprocessor technology, featuring functions for controlling GOV and AVR. It enables automatic synchronization and load sharing, allowing parallel operation with other generator sets equipped with FPSS8607-G50 intelligent terminals. The terminal accurately monitors various operational states of the generator set. When abnormal operation occurs, it automatically disconnects from the busbar, shuts down the generator set, and displays the fault icon on the bottom line. The terminal includes an SAE J1939 interface for communication with various electronic fuel injection engine ECUs that support J1939. It achieves precise measurement of multiple parameters, setpoint adjustment, timing, and threshold setting functions. The screen uses an array layout, enabling users to accurately locate corresponding items, parameter tables, and display values. The main page encompasses major distribution items, key parameter displays, and circuit breaker status (open/close). The bottom of the display categorizes alarms: engine, generator, and maintenance items, allowing precise fault localization and issue identification when abnormalities occur. It provides customers with a professional yet user-friendly operation experience, enabling rapid troubleshooting and maintenance.
The FPSS8607-G50 Parallel Intelligent Terminal can be equipped with a built-in network communication module, enabling Internet connectivity for the generator set. After logging into the cloud server, it uploads real-time data to the corresponding cloud platform. Users can monitor the generator set and query its operational status and historical records via mobile APP, computer, or other terminal devices. Additionally, parameters of the parallel intelligent terminal can be configured through the cloud server, and users can view curves such as startup and alarm data, facilitating comprehensive understanding of the unit's operational condition.
