OVERVIEW:
The FPSS7950 controller is an advanced integrated module engineered to simplify generator set operations and minimize installation time. It supports both manual and automatic parallel control for single or multiple gensets—regardless of capacity differences—enabling seamless startup/shutdown, synchronized load sharing, real-time data acquisition, fault protection, and full “three remote” functionality (remote control, monitoring, and communication).
Featuring a high-resolution LCD display with graphical interface and multilingual support, the controller enables precise fault identification and location. This ensures a streamlined user experience with professional-grade diagnostics and rapid maintenance response.
The FPSS7950 is equipped with a built-in intelligent charger, buzzer, emergency stop switch, power switch, and dedicated function keys. It also includes reserved mounting slots for cloud communication modules and electronic governors, allowing flexible system upgrades.
Driven by a powerful 32-bit microprocessor, the unit offers accurate parameter measurement, fixed value configuration, time scheduling, and threshold adjustment. Most settings can be modified directly from the front panel, while full parameter access is available via USB or RS485 interface using a PC. Its compact structure, optimized circuitry, simplified wiring, and high reliability make it ideal for diverse automatic genset control applications.
The FPSS7950-4G variant integrates a cloud communication module for Internet connectivity. Once connected to the cloud server, the controller uploads real-time operational data continuously. Users can monitor genset performance, access historical logs, and configure parameters remotely via mobile apps, computers, or other terminals. The system also supports graphical curve analysis for startup events, alarms, and operational trends—providing a comprehensive view of the genset’s status and performance.
