GEC4500 IoT-enabled Generator Set Controller is designed for the automation and monitoring of single diesel generator sets. It enables automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection, and "three-remote" (telemetry, telecommand, telesignal) functions for conventional generator sets. The controller features a color LCD graphic display supporting Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, and French. It is user-friendly and highly reliable.

Utilizing 32-bit microprocessor technology, the GEC4500 IoT Generator Set Controller achieves precise measurement of multiple parameters, setting adjustments, timing, and threshold configuration. Most parameters can be adjusted via the front panel, while all parameters can be monitored and modified using a PC through the module's RS485 or USB interface. Compact in structure, simple in wiring, and high in reliability, it is widely suitable for various types of generator set automation systems.

The GEC4500 IoT Controller can connect to cloud monitoring communication modules via RS485, enabling Internet connectivity for generator sets. After logging into the cloud server, real-time data is uploaded, allowing users to monitor and query operating status and historical records via mobile apps or computers. Additionally, users can configure controller parameters through the cloud server and view start/stop and alarm curves for better operational insight. With Wi-Fi connectivity, users can diagnose faults by analyzing curves or quickly modify calibrations via the Wi-Fi app. If needed, technical support staff can assist with remote calibration.
