Product Overview:
The HGM6100N series automatic controller combines digital technology, intelligent control, and network capabilities to manage and monitor generator sets. It supports automatic start/stop, data acquisition, alarm protection, and the “three remote” functions—remote control, remote measurement, and remote communication. Featuring an LCD display, the controller offers multilingual interface options including Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, and French, ensuring intuitive and dependable operation.
Built on microprocessor technology, the HGM6100N series enables precise measurement, parameter adjustment, timing, and threshold configuration. All settings can be modified via the front panel or through a PC using a USB or RS485 interface. Its compact design, simplified wiring, and high reliability make it suitable for a wide range of automatic control systems.
Performance & Features:
The HGM6100N series includes six models:
HGM6110N / 6110NC / 6110CAN: Automatic Start Modules that control generator start/stop via remote signals.
HGM6120N / 6120NC / 6120CAN: These models add mains AC monitoring and automatic mains/generator switching (AMF), ideal for systems combining utility power and generator sets.
Notes:
HGM6110NC/6120NC include RS485 ports; HGM6110N/6120N do not.
HGM6110CAN/6120CAN include CAN ports; other models do not.
This manual uses HGM6110/6120 as reference examples.
